Yes, we support customization of various cables including connection cables, medical cables, high-temperature cables, industrial control cables, and optoelectronic hybrid cables. The MOQ depends on material type and cable structure and can be evaluated flexibly based on project requirements.

Can you assist with design if I only have preliminary requirements but no specific engineering drawings?

Absolutely. We have an experienced professional engineering team offering one-stop OEM/ODM services from concept to finished product. You only need to tell us the application scenarios, operating environment (e.g., high-temperature resistance, waterproof, oil-resistant, bending resistance), and electrical performance requirements. Our engineers will provide you with a professional cable design proposal and drawings.

What information is required to get a quote for custom cables?

Cable specifications or engineering drawings (CAD or PDF formats).
Application environment description (e.g., indoor/outdoor, temperature range, whether it’s moving/flexing).
Estimated purchase quantity.

What is the typical lead time for custom cables?

Lead times depend on the complexity of the cable and the raw material procurement cycle. Generally:

Sample making: Usually takes 10 working days after drawing confirmation.
Mass production: Typically delivered within 2 weeks after confirmation of the First Article Inspection (FAI) sample.
Urgent orders: If your project has a tight deadline, please let us know, and we will initiate an expedited production schedule.

Can you provide support for cable processing and application integration?

Certainly, Before batch production, we will provide a First Article Inspection (FAI) sample for your dimension, electrical performance, and actual installation testing. We will only start mass production after you have fully confirmed and signed off on the sample.

Can I get a sample for testing before mass production?

For international orders, we commonly support FOB (Free On Board) terms. Under FOB terms, we are responsible for production and delivery of goods to the designated port of shipment. After the goods are loaded on board, the buyer arranges transportation and insurance.

What should we do if quality issues are found after receiving the goods?

If any quality issue is identified after receiving the goods, please notify us as soon as possible. We recommend providing feedback within 7 working days after receipt, together with supporting materials such as photos, videos, or test data.

Our quality team will complete an initial verification within 2 working days and provide a preliminary handling solution. Depending on the situation, corrective actions may include replacement shipment, refund, or commercial compensation.

We are committed to tracking every quality feedback case through a formal 8D report process to identify root causes and prevent recurrence of similar issues.

Do you provide quality inspection reports?

Yes. Reports are available for conductor performance, electrical performance, thermal resistance, and mechanical performance.

Can you provide support for cable processing and application integration?

Yes. In addition to cable manufacturing, we can provide professional suggestions on cable processing, structure optimization, material selection, and application matching.
